News Update

So just a quick update everyone! I’m going to be wrapping up this issue in a few weeks. Once I’m done, I’m currently committed to some other projects and I also need to work on the script for the next issue.

As a result, I’m going to need to put the book on hiatus for a little while. You can still tune in on the 21st for the next installment of Isaac’s Run and on Thursdays I’ll still be rerunning the old strip as part of #throwbackthursdays. I’ll keep you all updated as I go.

However, if you want to be completely up to date on my progress, check out my Patreon page ! That’s where you’ll be able to find my process blog and be able get some sneak peaks into some of the projects that I am working on.

Getting Back on Track

Hello everyone!

I’d like to take this chance to welcome everyone back! For those of you who popped by to see if there were new updates, I really appreciate it! These past few months have been extremely stressful with the computer break down and then convention season beginning. But now that my computer is fixed and I’m back from Calgary, I’m ready to bring you new stories!

But in addition to new stories, I’d also like to link to my older stories for those people who are just coming to the site. What I’m going to do for those people is have Throwback Thursdays, but I’m not going to repost the old strips as I know that’ll break up the continuity for those of you who are up to date. So instead, I’m going to post a link to the old strips.

Another thing that I’m going to be doing as well is opening up for commissions. This will not take away from the site. If anyone wants commission work done, please head over to my store at store.moongatestudios.com and click on the commission button.

The final thing that I am also doing is revamping my Patreon Page. Basically, I’m passing around the hat and asking for donations. I don’t need much, but it would be handy to be able to offset the cost of hosting the site, which, after over ten years of comic creating now needs to move to a bigger server. Really, any little bit is a appreciated and I’m only too happy to show my gratitude by offering advance content, sketches and other goodies. so become a Patron today! https://www.patreon.com/Beth

Again, I’d like to thank you all for sticking by me and coming back as I get back to creating the comics you know and love!

Isaac & Lee Issue #2: Trouble is My Business Part 2 – the Introduction

Isaac and Lee Issue 2 cover

Is everyone ready for the second issue of Isaac & Lee? For those of you just joining us, feel free to search the archives to see the beginning of the story. At this point however, you can still pretty much jump right in and enjoy the story without any problems. I originally started this series as a mini-comic. After seven years of drawing their story I am releasing it online so that more people can read the story. If you want to read the story in hardcopy, it is available from the Isaac & Lee online store. If you have any questions or comments on the story feel free to let me know what you think. I am also available for commissions as well. And now, the story!

Greetings!

Welcome to the newly formed Isaac & Lee website!

For many of you this will be your first experience reading Isaac & Lee. For others, glad to see you’ve found this page.

I’ve been writing and illustrating Isaac & Lee for the past six years now, all of it done on hard copy. I’ve gotten to a point in the series now where I simply want to reach more people and I want to be able to share Isaac & Lee sooner than it takes for me to create the story, pencil, ink and then publish it. Which takes from anywhere between three months to a year. That just takes too long!

For those of you who have already read my books some parts of this site will be a refresher, however I plan to not only post pages from the books as well as art, concept drawings, one off inspirational strips and commentary on the comics.

Don’t forget to click on the store link to get Isaac & Lee books and merchandise!
